Spanish Fork French Toast
1-2 loaves bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
butter for pan
1. Whisk together the wet ingredients.
2. Whisk in the dry ingredients.
3. Preheat your skillet to medium. Add 1 Tbsp. butter and melt.
4. Dip bread in the mixture. May let sit for 30 seconds if want.
5. Place dipped bread in skillet and cook on each side until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with jam, syrup, powdered sugar, etc.
7. Enjoy!
